As the founder of Filling Pieces, he reflects cultures in shoes as the designs often emerge from discussions about childhood, background and life in general. We visited Guillaume for The Workshop and he showed us around the design room, where mood boards are filled with images of (sub) cultures, icons and styles of periods when we were young. The technical lines and aspects of the shoes hint at Guillaume's background in architecture.
